Dr. Abu Jamil Faisel is a renowned public health specialist with extensive experience in advancing health and social development in Bangladesh. As the Chief Management Director (CMD) of the Institute of Community Empowerment and Research (ICER), he leads initiatives that promote community empowerment, mental well-being, and sustainable development.

He currently serves as the President of the Public Health Association of Bangladesh (PHAB), where he continues to advocate for stronger health systems, preventive healthcare, and equitable access to health services.
